W2 Flatbed & Conestoga Drivers Wanted

Keep Trucking LLC is hiring W2 company drivers to join our professional fleet. We offer competitive pay, steady miles, full support, and the security of being an employee—not a contractor.

Pay & Benefits

• $0.62 CPM Flatbed | $0.60 CPM Conestoga

• Starting rates at $0.60 / $0.58 CPM for the first 3 months

• $150/month performance bonus for top drivers

• Extra pay: $50 tarping, $135 layover, $40 per extra stop

• Clean inspection bonuses:

  • Level 1 – $300

  • Level 2 – $200

  • Level 3 – $100

   

• Oversized loads: $0.72 Flatbed / $0.70 Conestoga

• Per diem: $69/day tax credit when 100+ miles from home

• $200 company contribution toward insurance

Home Time & Work Conditions

• We operate in all 48 states

• Home every 3 weeks – 4 days home time

• Detention pay:

  • $15/hour after 3rd hour (up to $150/day) — W2 standard

  • $20/hour after 3rd hour for specialized lanes (max $150/day)

   

• Late-model trucks: Peterbilt, Volvo, and Kenworth
