1099 Flatbed & Conestoga Drivers Wanted

Keep Trucking LLC is hiring experienced 1099 professional drivers to join our fleet. We offer one of the most competitive pay structures in the industry, modern equipment, and a team that supports you every mile of the way.

Pay & Benefits

• $0.70 CPM – Flatbed

• $0.65 CPM – Conestoga

• Oversized loads: $0.80 CPM Flatbed / $0.75 CPM Conestoga

• Performance bonus: Earn an extra $150/month as a top performer

• Extra pay: $50 for tarping, $50 layover, $50 per extra stop

• Clean inspection bonuses:

  • Level 1 – $300

  • Level 2 – $200

  • Level 3 – $100

   

• Weekly pay – 1099 / No hidden deductions

• Flight and hotel reimbursed when you start

• Occupational insurance: $150/month ($37.50 per week)

• Refundable escrow: $150/week for first 16 weeks only

Home Time & Operations

• We run freight in all 48 states

• Home time: 3 weeks on the road / 4 days home

• Detention pay: $20/hour after 3rd hour (up to $150/day max)

• Late-model equipment: Peterbilt, Volvo & Kenworth
